Xbox One in Narrator mode? (Preview Program)

My console is part of the preview program and I received the latest update with the new layout a couple of days ago.

After a game crash -- my Xbox is now in "narrator" mode, meaning it speaks out my navigation and the names of the icon's on the screen. I can enable/disable it by pressing down on the right stick. However, during game play where the right stick button push is needed -- it gets turned on regardless and I can't avoid enabling it.

Not sure if this was an option without the preview update. Is there a way to turn it off permanently?
