Xbox One Headsets Broken and MS wont replace them.

My Xbox one headsets just broke so I called MS to get a replacement but I guess MS know they are making a POS headset because they are not covered

past 90 days for the warranty. My "Warranty ran out 4 days ago on the headsets and MS wont replace them. watch out everyone MS is going to soak you for another 

$25/$30 to buy a new headset. I guess I'm going with sony from now on at least they build stuff that does not break and or is sold already broken.

Warranties are a legal contract so to speak you can read your here: support.xbox.com/.../console-kinect-warranty

You did have the option to purchase an extended warranty as see here: support.xbox.com/.../complete

A 90 day warranty is standard for most electronics, some are longer some are shorter.  

Just an FYI  Sony has a similar warranty and if your headset breaks 94 days after your purchase of a PS4 don't plan on getting a replacement.

They replaced mine no problem. It was a launch console.
