There is a chance that the console you picked up may have been used prior to you getting it. Thats the only reason I could think it would show like that. So long as you have proof of purchase (a bank statement showing purchase or receipt), then you have
nothing to worry about and you should get the full warranty :) I'd give support a call, and let them know the details and they should be able to update it for you :)
