Xbox One Eject Button!

I received my xbox one in the mail hooked it up and boom I put cod ghosts in no crackling noise but I can't get it out the eject button doesn't work and the power button doesn't turn it on or off this can be worked around by by saying xbox on on and off but the disc tray can't please help

Unplug the xbox and look on the left side, you will see a yelllow tab in the air vent, straighten a paper clip and push it in the hole, it will manually slide the disc out a little way. Mine does the same, microsoft take the *** releasing all these faulty machines.

Same problem too!  No option on dashboard to eject my disc.  The eject button on the console itself is not responding and I tried the paper clip trick but still no luck!!!

Did you try powering totally off? (Pull the power cable)

I've been having the same problem; unresponsive eject and power buttons but console working perfectly otherwise. Took Sir Sh0rty's advice and pulled the power for 1min, now it works perfectly. Cheers bud!
