Sorry you're having issues with your games. If the games appear to be deleted, or it's taking hours to finish, it's usually caused by your network connection. Either the internet connection to your home, or if you're using wireless, the connection to your
Xbox. If you're using wireless, I would first try to plug in a cable if at all possible. That would immediately tell you if you need to troubleshoot wireless, or your internet connection from your ISP. Also I would suggest running Detailed Network Statistics.
Follow the steps below to do that.
Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.
Select All Settings.
Select Network settings..
Select Detailed network statistics on the right.
You may see something that instantly stands out like up / download speed. If you don't see anything that stands out post the info back here.
