Xbox One Customer Support Messed Up, Who can I contact?

Customer support offered me Advanced Exchange for my console and 25 days later said I didn't qualify. I've exhausted my patience with them (and the dozen reps I've been in contact with) and would like to contact a manager. The Customer Advocacy Specialist on my case won't give me the contact info. Nobody will. I'm being stonewalled.

Who can I contact?
