Xbox One Controller Won't Turn On After Update Disconnected

Ok so what happened was that, i was thinking that updating my controller would help solve the issue of me not hearing any thing in the party. So i went to get my usb cable that was messed up around the connector. So i got to work in a position that if i didn't touch it would work fine. And i started the update and i went to get out of my chair and i tap'ed the Xbox one connector and it was around 11% and it got disconnected. so i try to turning the controller back on and it wouldn't. Does any one know how to fix it and give very accurate detail on what and how to do it?

The only thing I could recommend: Is to use an undamaged Micro-USB cable (Smartphones generally have supplied Micro-USB cable for charger), and see if wireless controller will initiate, and complete another update of controller.

You have to be careful when updating Controller or Console Firmware, as you could permanently brick either of the two.
