Xbox One Controller Update Bricked the Controller

I plugged my Xbox One controller into my console to update it and before it had even got above 6% it failed and now the controller won't turn on.

I then plugged it into my Windows 10 machine and it gives me these error logs and I can't find a way to manually reinstall the firmware in the support section.
