Xbox one controller problems

I have two controllers, both of which I've had under a year. After about 3 months of owning the first controller the LB button no longer worked, so I moved to my second controller, after about 5 months of owning that controller it got severe stick drift in the left joy stick. The drift gets worse each time it's used. The issues shouldn't have happened, I don't play much xbox. Less than an hour a day. I also took good care of the controllers, after playing they were always put unto the charge bay until the next time. What should I do to fix this, as this is a major problem which makes some games unplayable.

Hello mattq9399,

Your wireless controller analog sticks aren’t functioning correctly.

When these issues occur, you need to replace your current controller. To order a replacement, go to the Xbox Online Service Center.
