Xbox One Controller constantly disconnecting

Hello,

I have had my Xbox One for about month and a half, Recently my controller has been constantly disconnecting while playing and using the Xbox in general. It flashes for a couple of seconds on the controller and reconnects, I have tried re-syncing my controllers and I even bought a play and charge kit with another controller and I still have the same problem. I have only been able to use my console if I leave my controller plugged in. Also yesterday my kinect has trouble turning on when I turn on my Xbox, I have to unplug the Kinect and plug it back in for it to work. Most of the time that works and some times it does not.

Did you ever get this resolved? I have the same exact issue with the controllers.

Thanks for your feedback.

With this you have to:

1) clear the persistent storage 3 times

2) Turn off your console, unplug all the cords connected to your console

3) Place your finger on the power button for 30 seconds

4) Plug all the cords back in, turn on the console

Then after the console is back to the home screen

1) Take out the batteries from your controller

2) Place your finger on the power button for 30 seconds

3) Put batteries back in

Bam, your controller should work again. If not, you might need to contact support for additional troubleshooting, or set up a repair.

Just like Spyroman12 says:

3) Place your finger on the power button for 30 seconds (ge this one always a try - it fixes alot)

And make shure you have enough energy in batteries.. perhaps try brand new ones and no tplay an Charge..

At least you can also try to update your Controller...
