XBOX One Controller and Stereo Headset lost connection after September update.

XBOX One Controller and Stereo Headset lost connection after September update. No use to play with the USB cable connected to the control. The problem happens for a split second, but affects the gameplay and the party with my friends.

I bought a new control and the problem continues!

* XBOX One controller firmware updated

* XBOX One Stereo Headset firmware updated

I reseted my console to factory settings and will test whether the problem continues. Soon I tell if it worked.

Hey there Kronner!

If your console is no longer within the warranty period, you can still set up a repair, but you will charged a service fee. I know that this may not be ideal, however, this would be the best solution to get your console working properly again. You can find repair order prices by clicking on the Online Service Center link that I have provided above.  Thanks!
