Xbox One console Doesn't want to sync data right Now.

Hi I have just had my console replaced and now when I sign in and go to play a game it goes sorry unable to sync with the cloud at the moment and ive tried multiple times over night tries everthing to get it all back.

 ive tried xbox support and all steps haven't fixed the issue and saying could be something to do with the beta programme which im sure whaether it is or its a ongoing issue with the cloud server.

hope u guys can help with this issue been five days and the console cant even be played due to the sync issue.

I've been experiencing the same problem for a few days now. I'm bald I am not alone, it was starting to worry me! There seems to be a service issue that is supposed to be effecting 'Social and gaming' but it specifies this is on Xbox 360. I'm starting to think it may be something to do with that.
