Xbox one cod ghosts can't play multiplayer

Bought day one edition Xbox. Downloaded game disk. Tried to play multiplayer and it doesn't link me to game. Tried the delete and reload...doesn't work. Tried all the disconnect reconnect modem...accounts. Doesn't work. All it does is says searching....trying to join.....never connects me. My nat says open. Detailed connection shows behind cone. In game my nat says open. All other games work on multiplayer, ryse, ac4. In canada **** wireless modem. Model wtm552a Pn. Tm02dle552 Provider is access commmunications

Happening to a lot of people. Almost every single thread that is being opened on here is for this same issue. Microsoft dont seem to actually car about the people that spent £430 for a console that cant connect to multiplayer... I've managed to get online by sheer fluke TWO times since release day. Nothing seems to be a definate fix so i'm not sure what they actually expect other than people to cancel their live, return the consoles and go to PS4...?

Wouldn't go as far as ps4....but definitely a *** off. Xbox needs a fix for this. Anyone know how to fix.....bought a new disk. That doesn't work either.

its all bull I had to buy call of duty ghost twice once for the 360 and then again for the one because the failed to tell me when I got it the first time that I needed a digi copy not a hard copy for the upgrade for a tenner now I cant even join an online match takes the [MOD REMOVED] the game cost me 55 quid and then the season pass another 35 then I have to pay Microsoft 30 quid for a year just to play the game then internet you would think this [MOD REMOVED] get enough money that could at least make it work so I play a game that costs me over £150 a year  just to play it
