Xbox one broken

Hi there can someone help me my xbox one appears to be broken. When I intially turned it on it loaded the xbox one logo and froze now when I turn it on the screen is just black. Its not a prolem with the power unit at least according to the support forums and it isnt a problem with the hdmi either. Any help would be appreciated.

I found mine took a while to load, i would double check ALL cords especially HDMI if your screen is black, is the power light turning on and staying on?

I'm having problems too my console powers on for 5 secs then just shuts down!!!

I wrote on another post also, if you are using a power brick/multiport it could be triggering the safety switch due to too much power running through it, try plugging it directly into the wall or a different switch, also triple check ALL cable connections

I have triple checked all cables tried three separate hdmi cables as well. Power cable is fine white light when Xbox is on orange when it's off. After about five minutes of pure black screen my kinect appears to power on but nothing on screen. I guess it is bricked.

Hey there Irish! I'm sorry to hear about the console issues. Let's see if we can get things sorted.

Are you still having this issue? If so, try unplugging the console entirely from the wall outlet. Leave it unplugged for 5 minutes then plugging it in and trying again.

Tried your "tip" Mister Cerb and now it went from a green screen to just a black screen!

hi there!! I have a problem with my xbox one..when i turn it up she;s not working..remain blocked on the Tv screen only the image with xbox one on the green front..please help me

Ihave a problem with my xbox one.the console it's new and it's defect..the problem is the hdmi problably..I don't know why i can't see nothing on my tv screen??all i can see is dark..can you tell me somebody what I can do with this issue??I can repair or not?
