Xbox One Backwards Compatibility Lag?

Recently I have been playing the first Gears of War via backwards  compatibility. I have noticed somethings that Im not sure are supposed to happen. While playing Gears of War there is major screen lag and connection lag. I tested this out buy going back to the exact same game with the xbox 360 and had no problems with screen lag or connection. I know that Gears of War was not really an HD game, so there might not be much to fix on that. The connection is great for the most part then you get wild lag spikes when playing on the Xbox one. I played for a good 2 hours on the 360 and did not have as bad of lag as I did on the One. I dont know if is fixable or not.

I had no issues but I didn't complete the game. Have you tried powering your Xbox one down completely (not instant on shutdown). Either go into power settings and click restart now or hold your console power button until it shuts down and then turn it back on. Sometimes framerate issues like these can be fixed by a hard reset.
