XBOX Noise from inside machine

I am sure there are other posts like this somewhere. Long story short. Bought an XBOX one on launch day. Worked great for 1.5 weeks then started making a ticking/chirping sound that came from around where the vents on the top were. I called support and described it they said send it in. I did not because I bought a warranty from the retailer I purchased from. Got it replaced and set up new console. As soon as set up was completed and games were downloaded this new system started doing the same thing. Is this normal or should I go for another replacement again? Here is a short video where you can barely hear it. I am not sure why it is so quiet on youtube but when I play it from the computer file it is louder. At about 0:10 you can hear it and toward the end you can hear it again.

Not sure how to hot link.

Probably the hard drive noise which seems to be present. I also had a replacement which had the same issue. I did notice though that the noise is more apparent after the initial day one update, before the console updated it was not there. Have you noticed that when you load a game the noise is virtually gone?

The noise is always there. When a game is in or not not. It always makes this noise. Both systems I have had did the same thing.

It's either the fan, the hard drive or both. It's totally normal and nothing to worry about.

that is a fan. I had a computer that one of the fans did that. It was annoying, but it didn't seem to hurt anything, well unless the fan itself is defective.

One thing you should do is if the sound stops take a flashlight and look into the vent and make sure the fan is still working. That is if you can see it.

I just arranged an advance replacement because of that sound. Mine sounds exactly the same but im thinking more of a HDD problem. I did an advance replacement because I went to a friends house to see if his xbox was doing the same and he was not. not a single strange sound. not even from the powerbrick ( I also have that little tickling sound)
