So why can I my children no longer sign in to xbox live with their gamer tags? All of a sudden they just stopped working. My Main profile works, and still reads that it is a Family Gold Account, but I no longer can view my other Family profiles. Can anyone
help, the other profiles do not recognize my parent account email and password combo. Only the main profile does. ..????thanks
They discontinued the gold family. You will just have to buy a card for them now. I would contact support at 1-800-4-MY-XBOX. They are usually good at helping with billing issues. They should be able to help you get into the accounts. You also may just need
to change the passwords for them so you can log in and add gold time to them.
