Xbox live

I'm trying to connect to Xbox live and it says, the current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox live. Can ne one help me out with this problem

This is typically due to an expiration in your Gold membership. Do you know if it has run out lately?

If you are trying to access Xbox Live with the account you are posting with, does your account have any family restrictions attached which may be preventing you from playing online?

If you are trying to use another account to sign in, as already asked, does the account have an active Gold subscription?

I actually had the same problem and I reseted my password twice tryed to get on today and I know my email and password were right but still said my email or password wasn't correct and I haven't ever gotten a gold membership am still on free membership right now
