xbox live

i have been able to connect to xbox gold for the past 2 weeks however i input the proofs thingy thatcame up and now i cannot connect to xbox gold, it wont let me and it keeps saying i dont have privelages

Sorry to  hear you're having issues connecting to Xbox Live.

Have you tried the steps in our Connection Error Troubleshooter? There are a few things there depending on where your connection fails and what message you see.

Also, what is the exact error code/message you see when you try to connect. That will help us narrow down our support.

Please let us know and we'll go from there.
