Did you make sure the billing address for your Xbox LIVE account matches the billing address on your credit card? You may also want to make sure that you followed the steps on your new card for activation. If you have a past due balance, billing violation,
or any other questions regarding billing you can contact Xbox and someone can look at your account for you since we do not have access to that here. http://support.xbox.com/en-US/call-us
