Can you go to the page to secure your account and see if you have Two Step Verification enabled? Make sure you have added a cellphone number or email, so Microsoft can send a verification
code to your phone whenever important changes are about to be made on your account.
And if you have a Smartphone with Android, Windows Phone or iOS operating system, you can even use an Authenticator app to secure your account.
Also try to re-download your profile to your console to see if this resolves the problem.
