xbox live

hi my xbox is no longer signing in every time i do it says i gotta update my payment options and when i try to it will not respond i do not understand what i should do

u might have to call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and have them change the default payment and billing info,  sometimes a debit or credit card chaged - or exp - also try to go to xbox.com and go to your account and see if u cant update from there.

Good morning!  You may not need to call support just yet.  You can also update payment options on Commerce.Microsoft.com by going to "manage payment options."
