XBox Live

Hi, recently bought an XBOX One having upgraded from the 360. I had Xbox live gold for the 360 but even though I have used my microsoft log in on the xbox one console it doesnt seem to have come across as its still saying I need to upgrade to Gold despite the fact they have taken a payment from paypal today.......

Any idea whats going on or what I need to do?

Is the gamertag that you're posting with the same one that has the Gold membership on?  If it is and they took payment for a membership from you then you should contact phone support for more assistance.  If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269

Thanks for the support message.

These issues are normally because you have forgotten your Microsoft account email for your other Gamertag.  You can contact Xbox Phone support and the agent can search your other gamertag and if no such luck occurs, the agent can search your CC number and remove it from any Microsoft accounts you're not familiar with.
