Xbox Live

Hi,

I am a long time member of Xbox live and yesterday i paid for my 1 month xbox live subscription yet when i look at my account online it shows that i am still a free member, and when i go on the Xbox trying to view my subscriptions it comes up with an error code (807B01F4 - i have gone through the online solutions and still showing up) and wont let me view them also it has not updated to xbox live gold. This is really frustrating and is eating into the month that i have paid for.

It seems as many users are having the same problem, and I haven't seen a solution for it yet.

One of the Official Support should read this, but you should contact them, so they can pass on the issue with this.

Have you tried calling phone support? Maybe they can help you.

Yeh i have seen a few with this issue and hopefully will get a response and no havent tried calling yet as i am trying to see if i can get a solution without racking up costs on the phone, but thanks ill try it

Same thing with me. I called, she said they're looking into it and she'd "prioritize mine since I called" or something. So she said I'd get an email with a code, and to redeem it through the email, for a free month while they work it out. Now I can't get the site to accept the code. :/

Sorry to hear about the troubles.

We had a Service Alert up a few days ago in regards to this exact issue. If you are still experiencing it, Phone Support are best equipped to handle this situation.

I talked to a lady today about the fact I was charged 2 days ago and  that I talked to support yesterday and they sent me a month prepaid code. She said she refunded the month and it says it on their site but it hasn't gone back to my bank account and she said I have to wait till the server is fixed to activate my prepaid code. Looks like there is no end in sight :/

I have called up support today and found out my account was suspended due to lack of payment as my card got cancelled so couldnt pay on time anyway problem solved and im back online woop. thanks for the responses
