Hello!

I noticed in a comment that one will disconnect after one connects. This has nothing to do with you Xbox 360. This means that your internet provider has a limit on how many devices you may use. If you do not believe this applies, here is how to test it out.

1) Make sure both consoles are disconnected from the internet.

2) Have all the devices you normally have connected, connected

3) Have a friend, or someone, have a wireless device over to your house (it may be phone, laptop, etc)

4) Connect that device, then try connecting a console

This will see if you are one short of your limit, and the one console is just reaching the limit

Hi,

Please read:- forums.xbox.com/.../811997.aspx

And post back your details in full (the bits that are in bold on that post) so that people may help you

If you are wireless can you also state whether you are using the white or black external adapter or the Xbox 360S Internal adapter

Thanks

Also just to comment on the post above ^ if you are using your own router your internet provide cannot limit how many devices you may use, they cannot even see how many you are using. As far as they are concerned you are using one device (your router) you can run 1 or 254 devices on that router you ISP won't know or care.
