xbox live

i purchased xbox live subscriptions and they never sent me a 25 digit code that i need. i gave my credit card on both, this website and my xbox 360. what do i need to do now?

If you made the purchase through either one then you will not receive a code as it is instantly redeemed on the account that was logged in. If this was the account that made the purchase, your user name is in a gold font which means you have a gold subscription. You can check https://commerce.microsoft.com and click the Subscriptions tab to verify the purchased subscriptions to that account. Not sure why the console didn't immediately update to reflect the gold status but verify on your commerce page to see how many subscriptions were purchased. If your console is not reflecting your gold status that you recently purchased, try doing an Xbox Live Connection Test. This will force the system to obtain your current status.
