THERE IS NO WHERE TO REMOVE THE HOLE ACCOUNT TO FREE UP THE GAMER TAG FROM THE SILVER ACCOUNT TO MAKE IT AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE ON MY GOLD ACCOUNT. ALSO IT IS ANOYING THAT IT ONLY ALLOWS ONE XBOX LIVE ACCOUNT PER EMAIL ADDRESS RATHER THAT MULTIUL PROFILES UNDER EACH EMAIL? IS THERE A OPTION I AM MISSING FOR THIS ALSO?

Once an account is created it can not be deleted. If you want the GT from the silver account for your gold account then you would need to change the name, for 800 msp, on the silver account to something else. Then wait anywhere from 3-30 days for the name to become available again and spend another 800 msp to change your gold account GT to the previously silver one. Of course there is no certainty the name will become available ever for you to use again on another account.
