My account was stolen from 5 weeks ago Sunday night as mentioned in the case number [mod removed]. I am the original owner of that account. Now I understand your investigation's team's conversation that I am not able to recover the account over a "factitious" name registered on the account but I can assure you I am the original owner based on being the owner of the billing information. Please do not turn me away as I paid and worked for that account for 4-5 years of loyal service.
