Xbox live trouble

Hi,

I just bought an 1 month Xbox live membership on Xbox.com.

When i went on my xbox360 to get on xbox live it said i was a silver member.

so i went back on the computer and it said i was a gold member. How can i fix this problem?

Test your connection to Xbox LIVE. That should re-sync your account as there is a delay between xbox.com and on the Xbox.

Or you can recover your account.

There is a delay when you add gold time on the website vs. the console. To speed up the process either test your connection or recover your account.
