Xbox Live Terms of Use (Please read!)

Whenever I log into my XBL account, it signs me in but does not connect me to the internet, citing the issue of not accepting the new ToU. I've done this on my computer, but I can't even access the [ACCOUNT] tab to do as the help-page suggests, due to no alleged live connection.
