Xbox Live tenure

My Xbox Live account is now showing 0 tenure, but was previously at 3 years. I just recently noticed this and went through the suggested steps.

Hey there GrumpyOutlander!

Can you do this and reply back if you see your correct tenure:

1. Delete your profile from the console, be sure to select Delete profile only, to do so check this link: support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

2. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to: support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

3. Then Redownload your profile, you might have enter the security verification afterwards and all should be fine again.

Hey there!  It looks like the 0 will be the correct number on your tenure.  We were seeing some accounts with inaccurate tenure before that have now been correct.  Just to clarify- tenure is the total length of time that there have been Gold subscription on an account, not the time that the account's been around.  Sorry for any confusion, and you should see it going up from here.  Cheers!
