Xbox Live subscription reactivated without my knowledge.

I have just been billed €6.99 for Xbox gold membership that I didn't purchase.

2 months ago (20th Jan) I bought 1 month of Xbox gold membership and then immediately turned off my auto renewal.

Last month (20th Feb) I wasn't billed by Microsoft because my auto renewal was off.

Today, I've just been billed €6.99 again and checking my account I see that auto renewal has miraculously been switched on!!

I'd like a refund please as I never reactivated it.


I've checked my PayPal history and I can see a payment in January, no payment in February and now this payment in March so I believe this proves that the auto renewal was set to off after my 1st payment.

Please sort this out asap, my opinion of Microsoft at the minute is low enough without you taking money out of my account that I didn't authorise :(
