Xbox Live Service (West and central parts of Canada and US)

so i woke up at 4 am this mourning and went to turn on my 360 and i was unable to connect to xbox live only i have my 360 connected to my network and my network is connected to the internet (telus 25 unlimited) I did i xbox live connection test and xbox live failed and live status reports a service alert, so i have worked in customer service and last i checked 5 hours wait time for service you have already paid for demands reimbursement, A couple free games on top of the free with gold games would be a start, I personally feel that 10 dollars credit to everyone who has been affected for every hour since the problem started is what needs to be done. (5 hours no live service = 50 credits to xbox live accounts)

Maybe you should read the ToU you agreed to when you started your account.

Microsoft are under no obligation to give you compensation if theres a disruption with xbox live.
