after entering my new day one xbox live account prepaid info, it is telling me

I've entered the codes at the bottom an it says that they don't recognize the codes, there are 2 sets of codes and I've entered both of them by themselves, together, pretty much every possible way there is - what do I do to fix this problem ?? Is it due
to Live being down or what
For future reference take a look at the last post and make sure it isn't older than a month. If it is, the original poster's issue is likely already resolved and you will want to create a new thread detailing your issue. For now, try power cycling your
console (not the same as restarting it). To power cycle, with the console on press and hold the console power button for 8 seconds until it turns off, then wait 30 seconds, then turn your console on, and try again. Let us know if this fixes the problem.
