Xbox Live Rewards Problem.

I've been using Xbox Live Rewards for years, and never really understood how to redeem to points I had accumulated over the time that I've had it. I've come back to check it now and I've got nearly 2,000Mspoints I'd like to spend. They've never been deposited to my Xbox Live account like it states they will be. Any help?

The best thing to do is to go to this forum section, it is specifically for reward program support. If you create a thread there a rewards support agent will pick it up and will answer your question and try to solve and or explain the issue. I have, and have had no response. This is a very large issue, it seems no one receives their points.

Are you absolutely certain you haven't received your points? Because there is no announcement when you get them deposited. It is possible you spent them without knowing they were there. I would suggest going to the billing website: http://billing.microsoft.com review your points history and look at the rewards site for deposit dates.

Every month, the Rewards team add the points to your account. They only add it to your account, if you have over 100 Microsoft points to the right hand side of your avatar. Once you get over 100 points, they will add it to your account that/next month.

I am setting here looking at 1,140 points that have never been deposited into my Xbox Live account, I am sure I've never received them.  Not trying to be a smart *** or anything, but does anyone actually think I wouldn't notice currency being deposited into my account?

No, but since they don't announce they are adding points to the account its a legit question. Its an honest mistake that I have even made. Going to buy something, "where did those points come from?" then after looking in my billing stuff oh XBL Rewards.

That's the thing, I've never had that moment happen. I've never gone to buy something and notice I had more points than I thought. I've had the same 10 points on my account that I can never seem to get rid of.

Hey there! Did you ever check the billing history on your account using commerce.microsoft.com?  If you still can't find the points there, you'll want to post in the Rewards forums again.  They'll be the best help with this!

I've checked, and keep getting an automated response from the higher-ups telling me that they have indeed been deposited into my account. I know for a fact that they have not. Can anyone help me at all?

So, they show up as Pending Points? Also, none of us here can help you, the support agents that handle rewards can only help you and they are found at the link in the second post. Alternatively, you can try reaching out to rewards support on twitter if forums isn't yielding any results: twitter.com/XboxLIVErewards
