Xbox Live renewal suspension issue?

I am currently on a 12-month subscription plan and my credit card expired today. When I attempt to sign into xbox live I get this error message: Your account has been suspended due to a problem with your payment option. Please use a different payment option or update your current information in Account Management. Of course when I do it still just says that my account is suspended. Any help would be appreciated

Just rang support to renew my account took about 90 seconds to sort out back on live within minutes.

I called in just now and everything went smoothly to fix. Suprised how easy the support service is to use. Definitely a positive customer support experience :)

It sounds like you may have a balance you need to pay off. You can check billing.microsoft.com to see what the balance is and you may be able to add a new card there as well. If that doesn't work, you'll need to call support and speak to billing for help.
