xbox live renewal problems

When ever I try to get on xbox it won't let me and tells me the " My account has been suspended due to payment issues and to select or add a new credit card.", so i added two new credit cards and tried them both, but it is still popping up this message. Can somebody help.

You have some kind of payment issue where auto-renewal was on and the system tried to deduct the amount, but could not. You will have to contact customer support to resolve the issue. If you are in the US it is 1800-4MY-XBOX
