If this is a billing issue try going to
http://billing.microsoft.com Sometime we just happen to find glitches sad but true. Even if your balance says 0 if you add anew cc or update your current cc it will automaticlly pay any past due balances. Make sure you remove the old cc if needed and call
cx support to turn off the auto renewal. Or else you will be charged every billing cycle for that new subscription you added. Hope this works for you also try to use a different cc or try directly from your xbox.
