XBOX Live Profile Issue

I have an interesting XBOX Live Profile issue on my 360.  I keep getting knocked off Live, and when I reconnect I get an error that takes me to testing the network.  After testing the network it reconnects and I'm good for another hour or so until I'm kicked off again.  I've tested my network, uninstalled and reinstalled the game (Black Ops 2 MP), I've removed and re-downloaded my profile (keeping saved games), and much more troubleshooting.

Finally I paid for a 1-month Live Gold card and created a new account.  On this account I have had zero issues.  Any thoughts on how to fix my actual Xbox Live profile\account?

A simple step might be to unplug and restart your router or modem.

Also check your cable connection as it could have been bit into or cut.

Router has been restarted. Although my network has basically been ruled out as it works fine under another account.

Hi, I am also experiencing this issue! All network related issues ruled out, have also deleted profile / downloaded again, but now I have finally lost my profile and cannot download it anymore?. How do I resolve?
