Xbox Live problem

hey guys

i made this account like a month ago and i have been trying to connect it to xbox live. I added my account in my family pack and it did say that this account is added but whenever i tried to play online it said that this profile is not allowed to play online. I dont know what to do. Any suggestions please guys

Hello,

The profile you are on here is showing its a silver account which would explain why it cant play online. As you would need a gold account.

also note that the family Packs are no longer available and have been changed. Please see the following link for further info
