XBOX Live problem

Hello i have a question about my xbox live subscription.
I have subscription for 1 month but it is not recognized by my xbox one console.I'm using correct account.

If you are unsure if the subscription has been redeemed for your account, you can check through the Subscriptions page on your Microsoft Account. To do this, please head on over to the Subscriptions Page, and sign into your account.

If you don't see your subscription listed on there, then it has not gone through. Could you tell me the exact error you received when you say the card is not listed, please?

Is the code 25 characters looking something like this: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX with numbers and letters?

Note: Please do not give out codes nor personal identifiable information, as this can be stolen by other people who use these forums, even visitors who don't have accounts. I referenced what a code should look like when looking for it, not an actual code.

I see my xbox live subscription..When I try to play the games that download through xbox live , I get error message that I don't have xbox live subscription and I need to buy it.

Hey there, Innuendo4U

If you are seeing the Xbox Live subscription listed, and active, then please delete your account from your Xbox One console and re-download it back again. It should only remove your account, and not any of your other content.

The last advise I can give then, is to contact Xbox Support though their chat. They will be able to look into your account, and see why this is happening. They have a wider range of tools then the staff here. Plus, they will need to investigate your account, and account information is best handled in a secure chat, nor the forums.

Please select the appropriate options, and select chat to a Microsoft representative or request call back.
