Xbox Live not working on Xbox One.

I have a Gold membership that renews through a credit card and I got the 12month Gold membership on Day One. Now when I tho to sign onto Xbox Live in Ghosts it tells me I need to buy a Gold membership. It's been doing this for a couple of days? Any help would be appreciated.

I see that you are on a gold membership now. When you log on to COD multiplayer, what is the error that you are receiving? You are connected to live on your account when you try to play correct? Have you tried uninstalling the game and re-installing it again?
 

Give that a go and let us know how it went.

Do you have a gold membership now? I see here that you are not have a gold membership status. Ensure that you are logging on to the console with your correct account that has the gold membership so you can access live to play multiplayer games.

I need help also my gold membership just renewed and it says I don't have it on my xbox one I can't access xbox music  or any of my apps that require gold membership

I'm having the same problem. My Gold subscription just renewed as usual in January, but when I try to connect to Netflix, Hulu, or play anything online, it tells me to upgrade to Gold.

Im in california and getting this problem as well for the XBox One.

I am also having errors when trying to sign in with the Xbox 360!

Texas here. Same issue.  I'm getting several different messages, including communication with the XBox live servers has been interrupted, this profile is not allowed to play xbox live. Tried renewing my xbox live membership and it just charged me for another month ;-(

that's making quick money for MS taking away xbl gold and the best answer they can think of is that you have to renew your gold account good service not !!!!

Here in West Virginia and have not had Gold status for 19 hours. I was in a game of Titanfall when it kicked me off of live. When i got back on it stated I needed to get gold. I pay monthly autodraft so whatever it is has to be Microsoft.

I'm in Norway and I have the same problem. A week ago I paid for a year of Xbox live Gold and I my bank tells me that the payment went thought to Microsoft. However when I try to play a multiplayer game or just checking my profile Microsoft tells me that I need to purchase xbox live gold. Has anyone any idea of how to fix it?
