In the last few days I have not been able to connect to xbox live, my xbox one is connecting to my wi-fi and the internet is functioning correctly, I can play online multiplayer etc. but I am unable to access any live content.
I have been having the same problem. I get a message saying " It may be a problem on our side. We're working on it."
This has been going on for a few days. I can play games and buy content in the game but cannot access the store or pins . I do have access from my phone. if any body has answers, it would be appreciated.
