Xbox Live - No Connection - Network OK, Internet no good

Hi there,

I've been trying to fix this issue off and on for the better part of two days now so I thought I would make a post. I tried to see if this had been resolved in a previous thread but did not find anything helpful. Hopefully this is OK.

I haven't been able to connect to Xbox Live and neither has my roommate for the last few days. When I run the test, it connects to the Network OK, but can't connect to the Internet. I went online and tried all of the troubleshooting steps, but none of them seem to have any effect. I tried contacting my ISP (Comcast, in Washington state) and they instructed me to contact Microsoft about the problem. :[ Any help is very much appreciated!
