Xbox live membership

So my account was wrongly banned over 2 months ago and I have given up/lost hope on retrieving it even when I was innocent. So I want to make a new account but I do not want to pay for a new 12 month gold membership, especially when on my old account, I renewed a 12 month subscription last December and had 9 months left when this ban was wrongly placed so would like a token for it from my old account but how?

Moreover, I have already lost over 2 months of it and understand that everything in an account is forfeit but as well as taking my account, this is just bullying and I have been horribly treated even after presenting all the proof that I could to enforcement >.<

Sorry but you are correct.  When banned, all items on an account are considered forfeit and cannot be transferred to another account.  This is part of the punishment for being banned.

If you believe that your ban was in error (ie. the account was not in your possession when the bad thing happened) then you need to contact phone support to open an Unauthorized Access Ticket.  They will work with enforcement to work out the details.
