Xbox live membership problem

On Xbox live, There was a deal to get 50% off 1 month Xbox live membership, I tried and like alway's I though every thing would go right, I buy the membership and start playing game's, but now when I try it say's "Sorry, there's an issue with your account." I went to the website on the pop-up, account.live.com, and that didn't help, I tried both my paypal account's and my credit card and it still said the same thing there's no error number or anything, just a worthless website, both my paypal account's have 7.00 USD and the membership cost's 4.99 USD, I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON!!, if you know what's going on, or want to more info on what's going on, please reply.

Check https://billing.microsoft.com to make sure all of your billing information is correct. If it still won't work, call support and talk to billing and they should be able to help you sort out the issue.
