So the recent system update seems to have caused you to run into some lag issues. What you can start with is
clear your Xbox system cache to see if it improves anything. Otherwise, try
download your Xbox LIVE profile If your still stuck. Restart your network equipment. Also, make sure you have enough storage space on your Xbox storage device.
