So I got a notice saying I needed to update my account to play, and I went to add a new credit card (my mom got a new one, hence the payment failure,) and now it won't let me onto xbox live even though I have a perfectly good credit card which works all day every day, just xbox live will not do anything about it... I just get some bogus suspension due to a problem with your payment option, and to update it in account management. I have probably clicked the update and gone through the steps close to 50 times now. I am not happy with this as I am a paying customer and I can't even watch my netflix? How can this get fixed...? like NOW.
I AM PAYING FOR XBOX LIVE WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD AND ITS NOT LETTING ME ON XBOX LIVE.
