XBOX LIVE KEEPS DISCONNECTING

PLEASE HELP! 

I've had live for about 3 months now, all was working until the last two weeks where it will just keep disconnecting me for absolutely no reason. Internet seems to be fine as does my ethernet cable, any ideas?

Any Error Codes you encounter: None
Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? 
After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)
W: 000-000B
X: 0000-F001
Y: 20A8-4840
Z: 0000-0000
ID: FFFF-FFFF
L: 0015-10F0
Q: 8007-0435
T: Wired
D: 192.168.1.100/225.225.225.0
S: 192.168.1.1
C: 194.168.4.100/194.168.8.100

i have sum news for you on what to do is reset the network connection on the console go here and it will tell you step by step hope this helped man
