xbox live issues

I will be doing just about whatever(xbox movies, games) and then I will be disconnected from xbox live, for no apparent reason. It happens almost at anytime of day. But, I have noticed it occurring quite frequently at 11pm pst.

I do test after test, shows me connecting to the internet but not getting to xbox live.

whats the problem here????

Something I would recommend is clearing your cache: support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

After that, delete your profile and re-download it: support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

WELL, that would make sense....except....when you are testing your connection you do it without being logged into your profile. test after test....fails to connect to xbox live.....

and here is another possible issue.

I have two xbox's in my place. one in the living room and on in the bedroom.

one xbox can connect to xbox live and one cannot.

my son and I like to play together...but right up until the last xbox update and the release of xbox one we had no problems playing together.

so why now???

this my last request for assistance.

I will dump my xboxs and make the switch to PS3's and PS4's

I been paying for xbox live for six years.

I find these lame clearing the cache's to be very annoying
